Application Process:
To apply for a scholarship:
- Complete the Scholarship Application Form (attached).
- Attach a copy of the most recent W-2 or 1099 form (with Social Security numbers blacked out).
- Include a written explanation outlining the circumstances that justify the request for financial assistance.
- Submit the scholarship application by the regular program registration deadline.
NOTE: Submitting a scholarship application DOES NOT register a child for the program. A separate Program Registration Form must also be completed.
